Allison Hickey is a strategic and innovative thinker with a track record of success in creating and implementing solutions that build brands and drive sales.

Her branding and marketing experience over the past 20 years includes 11 years as President of Brand Partnerships at Man Made Music, a strategic music & sound studio that specializes in the creation of sonic identity systems where she built and managed C-level relationships with clients and strategic partners to create long term engagements with companies like AT&T, IMAX and Mattel. She was featured in Billboard’s “Executive Turntable” for her achievements. Allison was also VP of Client Strategy at Sparks & Honey, Omnicom’s tech-based cultural consultancy. Prior to Allison’s executive roles, she was a global model and brand ambassador for businesses like L’Oréal and Tommy Hilfiger.

Allison currently consults and advises numerous organizations, including serving on the executive committee of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), as well as volunteering at many local organizations and being a member of “She Runs It” (formerly Advertising Women of New York), SheSays and 2020 Women on Corporate Boards.

As an alumni of New York University’s (NYU) Gallatin School, where she graduated with honors, Allison has been featured in the NYU Alumni Speaker Series and profiled in the Alumni publication ‘Gallatin Today.’

Allison grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan as the oldest of 4 children and resides in Greenwich, CT with her husband Brett and two kids Jackson and Charlotte.
