Joseph Healey

Joseph Healey has spent two decades in executive search advising private equity investment firms and other alternative asset managers on their talent management strategies. Representative clients include leveraged buyout and venture capital funds, hedge funds, private equity funds-of-funds, secondary investment firms, family offices and institutional limited partners, among others.

Mr. Healey founded a specialist alternative asset management executive search firm in 2002 and led its private equity practice. Previously, he headed the global private equity practice of another global executive search firm.

Mr. Healey has become one of the recognized authorities on the private capital recruiting market. He is a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences in the United States and Europe and is often quoted in industry publications. He has also served as an expert witness on private equity compensation matters.

Mr. Healey is a proud board member of the Manhattan Theater Club. He earned his undergraduate degree from Hofstra University.
